What are the colors and icons on the Calendars?

Q: What do the non-region colors on the Master Calendar indicate?

A: The key to the colors and icons used on the Calendars can be viewed through the Help Key in the upper left area of the Scheduling Calendar or Legacy Master Calendar.

On the Enhanced Master Calendar, the Help Key is displayed by clicking on the question Mark icon.

Note: LiveRez iCal imports do not show canceled bookings. This is due to the nature in which past bookings are dropped in the feed and all past bookings would show as canceled.

Tip: To view Tasks in the region colors select Hide Alert Colors on the upper left of the Scheduling Calendar
