Why is a booking showing up as checking in the day before?

If a booking is marked for early check-in within LiveRez, the booking will show in Operto Teams as checking in the day before.  This is because when you mark early check-in in the LiveRez system, the LiveRez iCal feeds are updated to start the booking the day before so that the property cannot be booked the night before. The same applies for late Check out, a day will be added to the end of the reservation. 

If you would like Operto Teams to have accurate information, either do not use the Early Check-In functionality in Live Rez (recommended method), or you can make that specific booking inactive and add a manual booking with the correct information.  This would be done in Booking List.
