Where are my Escapia Owner Holds and Blocks?

Operto Teams will only import confirmed reservations.  To confirm holds in Escapia, follow these steps:

1) Create the owner hold.
2) Click turn into reservation and select either owner or guest of owner.
3) It should appear as a green “all paid” $0 booking.

If you do not want to change your owner holds into reservations, you will need to manually enter those reservations into Operto Teams.
