How are my booking check-in and check-out times set?

Bookings are imported with the default check-in and check-out times set in System Settings and can be updated in each property's settings.  You can then further adjust each booking in the Booking Popup Window.

Default Check-In/Check-Out Times

Navigate to Setup --> properties.  Click Edit (the pencil icon) next to the property you are adjusting.  Scroll down to Default Check-In/Check-Out Times.

If you would like to update bookings already imported, click Check to update all future bookings and tasks with new check-in/check-out times.

Booking Window

Bookings imported for this property will be prefilled with these default check-in and check-out times. These times dictate when check-in and check-out constrained tasks can be started or become overdue.  You can edit individual Bookings check-in/out times in the Booking Popup Window to accommodate early or late times.
