Region Groups
Region Groups are recommended for companies with more than 50 properties, or if properties are in completely different areas (states, countries provinces, islands etc.) and the staffing is specific to that area.
Using Region Groups
1. Pre-select a Region Group using the Filter icon in the navigation bar to reduce load time before entering the Scheduling and Master Calendars.
2. Filter by Region Group within each calendar for easier viewing and managing.
Setting Up Region Groups
1. Add region groups through Setup --> Regions, click Manage Region Groups.
2. In Setup --> Regions, assign each Region to a Region Group using the Bulk Edit feature.
3. In Setup --> Staff, assign each Staff member to one or more region groups. Click edit on each staff member and check the boxes in the Groups section.
