My staff, owners or vendors are not getting their emails.

Q: My staff, owners or vendors are not getting their emails.  What do I do?

A:

  1. Reports --> Notification History to view what emails were sent.
  2. Setup --> Staff to make sure their Send Emails is on, and their email address is correct.
  3. Ask your staff to check in their spam folder and to "allow list" help-teams@operto.com
