Standard Vs. Multiple Vs. One - Off Task?
Q: Should I use Standard Single Task, Multiple Standard Tasks or a One-Off Task?
A: You are best served using Standard Single or Multiple Standard Task.
- Use Standard Tasks to create individual Tasks from a prebuilt Task Rule. Standard Tasks, such as refresh clean, gift basket, or maintenance, are not automatically added to the Calendar but can easily be added at any time.
- Use Multiple Standard Tasks to add Multiple Tasks to one Property. For example, if you need to add Tasks to bring a gift basket, and schedule requested mid-stay clean for one booking you can add both tasks at once.
- Use One-Off Task for adding a quick Task that you never plan on using again and will not be filterable in reports.
