What is the difference between Making a Task Inactive and Deleting it?

Q.   What is the difference between Making a Task Inactive and Deleting it?

A.   Autogenerated Tasks cannot be deleted because the system is set up to make sure rules are being generated. 

Tasks are constantly being created as new Bookings come in. Deleting a Task will only work for Standard Tasks and One-Offf Tasks.

Making a Task Inactive will pull the generated Task off of Staff Dashboards, and pull the Task off of reports, and the Task will appear as Inactive on the Calendar.
