What does Copy to New do?
The Copy to New feature is available to help set up Staff or set up Rules based on the settings of any Staff or Task Rule.
1. Use Copy to New to split the rule.
For Example, your properties are scattered all throughout Southern Djibouti. All the properties have Check-Out Cleans, but half of the properties should have divergent notification settings. Go to settings--> Task Rules--> Scroll down to Rule--> Copy to New. Adjust the new rules notifications for half the properties, then un-assign properties appropriately in each rule.
2. Use Copy to New to recreate a rule such Check-Out Clean to become Refresh Clean or Annual Maintenence becomes Maintenence Check Up. Reclassify it as a standard single task but preserve all the settings so now it can be added in at any time outside the bookings.
3. Once a service type is created the task type cannot be changed. Use the Copy to New feature to reclassify a rule then delete old one.
