Q: How do I send the welcome email with the dashboard link?

A: Navigate to Setup --> Staff and choose the mobile phone icon, or Bulk Send Welcome Email and Text button after checking the boxes next to Staff names. 

The welcome email can also be sent to Vendors and Owners through those setup pages.
