Why cant I start a Task or see the Checklist?
Q. Why can't I start a Task or see the Task Form checklist on my dashboard?
A. If the Task is outside of the time window allowed for its completion you will see "pending" in the upper right-hand corner of the Task. This means the Task is not within the window of time that it can be done. In this case, Staff will not see the checklist and cannot start early unless given the permission to do so in Setup → Staff → Dashboard section → Allow Staff to start a Task early.
If you are playing with your dashboard and Task Forms then assign yourself the Task for today or yesterday? Then you can see how it will work.
