Dashboard Loading and Installation Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Tips for Staff Dashboards.

Issue: Blank White Screen

Cause: This may have to do with the browser you are using. 

Solution 1: For iPhone, you must be using Safari to view your Dashboard. 

Solution 2: For Android, if you are using chrome, try the following options. 

a: Double Swipe Down --> Settings (gear icon) --> Apps --> Samsung Internet --> Set as Default

b: Double Swipe Down --> Settings (gear icon) --> Apps --> Samsung Internet --> Settings (gear icon) --> Privacy and Security --> Accept Cookies - turn this on.

If this does not work, remove the home screen icon, restart your phone and re-install the staff dashboards using our dashboard Installation Instructions

Issue: Safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the Internet

Cause: If you work in remote areas where you are in and out of service, your dashboard may get "stuck" with this message.

Solution: To avoid having to reboot your phone everytime you receive this message, dissallow cookies from your safari browser using these instructions:

1) Tap Settings (the gear icon)
2) Scroll Down to Safari and tap to enter the Safari Settings
3) Scroll Down to Block All Cookies, and turn on (so the green is showing)

Issue: Your Session has Expired

Cause: Either your session actually has expired, or the dashboard was not installed correctly.

Solution 1: Go back the to homescreen and re-click the Operto Teams icon

Solution 2: If this does not work, remove the homescreen icon, restart your phone and re-install the staff dashboards using our dashboard Installation Instructions
