Staff can not view the issues on their dashboard, Why?

Q. How can staff view images that have been submitted on the issues form?

A. Staff will need to start the task to view the issues form. Once they have started the task the issues images will be displayed on the Staff dashboard.  The staff can start the task then look at the images then either pause or stop the task  Task times can be adjusted in tracking record if needed.
