If the booking has IsPhantomBlock = false, IsOwnerBlockOff = true, and the Title is exactly "Block" or "Blocked" or has the words "Not Available" then the booking is imported as a Block. (no Tasks generated)

If the booking has IsPhantomBlock = false, IsOwnerBlockOff = true, the booking is imported as an Owner Stay. (Tasks generated)
