Where are Time Zone's Set?

Time Zone's are set at the Region level in Setup --> Regions

All properties should be assigned to a region so that their Time Zone is correct and Time Tracking is accurate if used.

Additionallly Properties that are not assigned to a Region/Time Zone can create issues with Reporting, Display, check in check out times, integrations etc.
