Manage View User Guide

The Manage View is used to see comprehensive information regarding a specific Property, Staff, Vendor or Owner including details and history.  

Access the Manage View in the More area. 

Manage View offers several key features:

• Manage View is where Administration can see a concise overview of data (settings, task history, future bookings, completed Task Form Reports, etc) regarding Staff, Properties, Owners, and Vendors. 
• Administrators can link to all dashboards and impersonate the user.  This feature is helpful to ensure appropriate information is visible and the dashboard is functioning correctly. 
• Administrators can create and send notifications from notification templates.
• Access upcoming and completed Tasks and Task Forms
