Reports
Reports allow data to be filtered, viewed, printed, and/or exported for tracking and for use in other tools.
- Task History 
  - Lists the details of each completed task, including Labor, Material, and Linen fees to be billed back to the owner. Most commonly used for month-end owner billing.
 
- Issues History
  - Detailed history of all Issues and task notes reported, commonly used to identify recurring issues or look up past property incidents.
 
- Task Form Report (Checklists)
  - Build custom reports to pull data from submitted checklists. Examples Consumables or Cleaning Ratings.
 
- Time Tracking Tasks
  - Lists the time each task took to complete and compares it to the Min/Max times.
 
- Time Tracking Employees
  - Report showing total hours worked per day per Staff
 
- Time Tracking All
  - Report breaking down task and non-task (drive/load) times for each day.
 
- Time Tracking Detail
  - A detailed breakdown of the time for each task.
 
- Piece Pay
  - Report used to verify total pay owed to piece pay Staff based on Tasks completed.
 
- Blended Pay
  - Report used for Staff that are paid by both piece pay and pay by time tracked.
 
- Owner Statement Report
  - It is intended to simulate an owner statement showing income and expenses, it will only function if Rent amounts can be imported from the PMS, most do import this into Teams.
 
- Accept / Decline Report
  - Audit report showing whether Staff have accepted or declined tasks.
 
- Booking History
  - List of bookings filtered by dates and property.
 
- Guest History
  - Searchable by Guest name to look for tasks associated with a guest stay.
 
- Notification History
  - Lists all notifications sent from the Teams account. Used to verify if a staff or owner was notified of a new, changed, or canceled task or booking.
