Hostfully Integration

Hostfully Property Management Software is integrated with Operto Teams.

In addition to bookings, the following information can be imported from Hostfully into Operto Teams. 

  • Properties
  • Check in and Check out times
  • Guest Email and Name
  • Guest, Child and Pet counts
  • Notes for use with Booking Tags
  • Rent Amounts
Important Note: When adding new Properties, in Hostfully toggle ON the property you want to connect under Operto Teams (NOT Operto). Then in Teams, Setup --> Properties; Actions; Request Pull From Hostfully to import the new Property.
Tip: Only bookings with the status "BOOKED" or "PAID IN FULL" are imported.
Note: Hostfully Multi Units are not supported in Teams. Properties must be set up as single listings in order to import Properties and Bookings.
