How do I Assign Backup Staff and Adjust Staff Availability?
Q: How do I assign a Backup Staff Member?
A: There are two options to assign Backup Staff.
Option 1: Go to Setup --> Staff, edit the desired record (pencil icon) scroll down to Standard Work Days, choose a backup Staff member for the unavailable days.
Option 2: If using Accept Decline, scroll down to Dashboard Settings, Upon Decline Assign and Notify: Select Backup Staff here.
