Guesty Integration

Guesty Property Management Software is integrated with Operto Teams. 

In addition to bookings, the following information can be imported from Guesty into Operto Teams. 

  • Properties
  • Owner Information
  • Check in and Check out times
  • Guest Phone, Email, and Name 
  • Guest Counts
  • Is Owner Stay
  • Notes for use with Booking Tags
  • Rent Amounts
Note:Cleaning Notes, Guest Notes and Other Notes fields can all be imported from Guesty into Teams for use with Booking Tags.

Bookings with the following statuses will be imported into Operto Teams:

"confirmed" - Fully confirmed reservation, all automation is used and the guest is intended as arriving and staying at the property. 
"checked_in" - Guest has checked in. Every guest that is confirmed will automatically transition to checked in on the day of check in.
"checked_out" -  Guest has checked out. Every guest that is confirmed will automatically transition to checked out on the day of check out.

"awaiting_payment" - Indicates that the dates for the reservation are blocked, but the guest has not confirmed their stay with a payment.

Guesty Properties

Note: Blocked dates can not be imported from Guesty. Imported Bookings are limited to 2000 per Property.

If a new property is not importing, please email help-teams@operto.com and include the Guesty Unit ID found in the URL from the Unit view:
