Kigo Integration
Kigo Property Management Software is integrated with Operto Teams.
- If you log in to Kigo using this link: https://newapp.kigo.net/ Operto Teams is able to integrate.
- If you log into Kigo using this link: https://team.kigopro.net/ Operto Teams is not able to integrate.
In addition to bookings, the following information can be imported from Kigo into Operto Teams.
- Properties
- Check in and Check out Times
- Guest Phone, Email, Name
- Guest, and Child counts
- Notes for use with Booking Tags
- Rent Amounts
Bookings with these types are imported: I,H,A,O,P,U
Type 'O' will be imported as owner bookings.
The Kigo connection has been known to disconnect.
If you get this error at the top of the administration area: There are 35 properties with import issues. Please review in Setup --> Properties.
Go to Setup --> Properties.
For each property with an issue, click view error.
The error may be blank, or may be: { "error": { "message": "Invalid property IDS. These property ids are either invalid or not active for the current link. IDS:[xxxxxxxx]\r\nParameter name: propertyid", "code": "0"}}
Click: Click here to reconnect the import and try again.
