WebRezPro Integration
WebRezPro Property Management Software is integrated with Operto Teams.
In addition to bookings, the following information can be imported from WebRezPro into Operto Teams.
- Guest Phone, Email, and Name
- Guest and Child Counts
- Notes for use with Booking Tags
- Rent Amounts
Initial WebRezPro Connection
Webrezpro will send bookings to Operto Teams as they are created.
To initiate this feature, please email WebRezPro: Obtain your CutomerID from the Account page in your Operto Teams account.
Send an Email to support@webrezpro.com using the following email verbiage: TO: support@webrezpro.com SUBJECT: Operto Teams Booking Notifications Needed
BODY: Dear Support, Please start booking notifications to Operto Teams with the following ID: [Add your Operto TeamsID retrieved in step 1 here.].
Additionally, please send my entire list of WebRezPro Unit Numbers, Property Names, and Abbreviations in spreadsheet format. Thank you,
Adding a WebRezPro Property
1. Add the Property to Operto Teams manually from Setup --> Properties, Actions button Add Property option.
2. Enter all information about the property. In the Bookings section. Enter the WebRezPro unit number (not WRP Property ID) into the Property ID Field in Operto Teams.
Importing Bookings
Operto Teams is notified every time a booking is made. This notification contains the booking information that the Operto Teams system parses and adds to the calendar.
If there is a room change, Operto Teams will move the booking and the tasks to the new room.
To request a complete bulk import of all bookings, send the following email:
SUBJECT: Full Reservation Push to Operto Teams
BODY: Dear WebRezPro support, Please initiate a full push of all bookings to my Operto Teams account.
