GPS Reporting

GPS reporting allows Administrators to view the location of Staff when they start and stop Tasks. 

Enable and View GPS Reporting

1. Go to Setup --> Staff choose edit (the pencil icon); scroll down to Dashboard Settings and choose Include GPS Reporting.

Note: Time Tracking must be enabled in order to use GPS Reporting. Staff will need to Turn on  Geolocation and allow Operto Teams to use their location on every action. The map results shown are based on Clock In, Clock Out, Start Task, and Pause Task Timer actions.  

2. To view results; go to Tracking then click on the map link next to the time for the desired Staff member to see the results in a map view. 

Tip: If the GPS Report is showing zero latitude/longitude, this means that Staff did not allow GPS location services on their device.
