How can I setup a Task that is manually added per booking?
Q: How do I set up a Task Rule to easily add Tasks per booking?
A: This is an option that is available within the Task Rule Setup
1. Go to Setup --> System Setting; edit and make sure that Advance Rule functionality is selected.
2. Setup --> Task Rules; Add Task Rule
2. Choose the Task Rule Type
3. Choose the Task Scheduling Details that are your preference for the Task.
4. Then choose OR Manually Add Per Booking
5. Select any of the other options in the Task Rule window that might apply to the Task and then Save.
6. Use the people icon to edit the assignments.
7. Click on the booking from the Master Calendar and at the bottom, near the save button; the option for the Task will be available to be selected.
