Why are my bookings not matching my PMS?

Q: Why are the bookings in my PMS not matching what is in Operto Teams?

A: Follow the steps below.

1. Go to Bookings and click Look for New or Updated Bookings

2. Type your PMS name into the help ring at the bottom of the page to see any status or other requirements for your PMS feed.

3. If you are still stuck, take a screenshot of the screen in your property management software, and send it to help-teams@operto.com
