Outgoing Feeds

iCal feeds are useful to share calendar information with other applications. For example, enter a Operto Teams outbound iCal feed into a google calendar to show bookings or tasks on the google calendar.

Outgoing iCal to feed Owner Entered Bookings in your PMS are also available - This can be useful for Property Managers who are trying to pull these bookings back into their PMS if it does not have an owner portal available. (like Beds24).

Operto Teams has outgoing iCal links for:

Bookings for all properties
Check-in and outs as separate events
Bookings per region
Staff Tasks

To access Outgoing Feeds from the Setup menu, click iCal Feeds

Updates to outgoing iCal feeds may be very slow, depending on the platform they are connecting to. For real-time task management, use the Dashboard or Admin Site.
