Allow Administration Access - Main Administrator

Q: What access does the Main Administrator have?

A: The Main Administrator has all access in Operto Teams. 

Most permissions of the Main Administrator can also be given to other Administration Staff in Setup --> Staff, Edit (pencil icon) using the Administration Access Area.  

Only the Main Administrator can Switch to Live Mode, Allow Administration Access, View Inactive/Delete a Staff record, add and remove API connections, Rebuild (red box) the Task Rules in Edit Assignments and Bulk update Booking Default Check in and Check out times. 

Note: Staff can only be deleted if they do not have any Completed Tasks in Reports

Tip: The Main Administrator login information is located, and can be updated on the Account page (initials).
