Pushing Work Orders into Escapia
Pending work orders can be created in Escapia from Issues and Completed Tasks.
Setup Steps
Step 1: In Escapia, Allow Operto Teams Permission
Go to the HomeAway Partner Picker Page under Administration:
Instructions: Escapia Parter Integration
On the Edit Permissions page
Check the following methods access permissions:
- SearchWorkOrders
- GetWorkOrder
- SaveWorkOrder
- SaveWorkOrderTask
Navigate to Work Order Categories, and create/choose the Category and Sub Category you would like all imported work orders to fall under.
Contact Escapia to obtain the ID numbers for the selected Category and Sub Category.
Step 2: In Operto Teams, Allow Work Order Functionality
Navigate to Setup --> System Settings.
Click the Edit button in the upper right.
Scroll down to the Escapia Work Order Integration section.
Check the desired options for Allowing issues and/or tasks to be sent into Escapia
Enter the Category and SubCategory ID numbers obtained in Step 1.
How to Push Work Orders Into Escapia and View Results
Issues
1. Navigate to Issues
2. Select an Issue to push into Escapia and click the Manage button
3. Click the Send Work Order to Escapia option
4. Once clicked, view the status of the work order underneath the Manage button by clicking view work order.
Tasks
1. For any completed task, open the Task Popup window from any screen (such as Reports --> Task History)
2. Click the Send Work Order to Escapia link
3. Once clicked, view the status of the work order push in the Task Details section.
4. Additionally, view the status of the work order push in Reports --> Task History.
View Work Orders in Escapia
1. Log into your Escapia account and navigate to work order
2. Under Service. Choose Service Orders
-- Issues
-- Issue Description (from Staff)
-- A link back to the issue in the admin
For Tasks, in the notes field Teams will push:

-- Labor Fee
-- Materials Fee
-- Linen Fee
-- A link back to the task in the admin
