Q: What is the best way to manage the Mobile Dashboard when using a 3rd Party Contractor or Cleaning Company?

A: Mobile Dashboard access should be given to 3rd Party Management and they will complete Task Forms and Tasks on behalf of their Staff. The reason for this is that only one person can work on one Task in real-time on each Mobile Dashboard. 

If more than one person is accessing/using the mobile Dashboard in real-time the end result will not provide accurate information.
