Where can I store information about my Staff and Vendors?
Q: Where can I store information about my Staff and Vendors such as Emergency Contact, Job specialties or limitations or Job Start/End Dates.

Setup --> Staff; Manage Staff Information
Setup --> Vendor; Manage Vendor Information
Staff/Vendor Information is an editable list of data entry note fields. The information entered in the notes is specific to each Vendor/Staff member, but the Staff Data Types (note fields) are Universal to all Vendors/Staff.
