Why are email/text notifications not delivered to one or more of my Staff members?

Q: My Staff member is not getting email notifications from Operto Teams, why?

A: If Send Emails is on in Setup --> Staff, the Staff email address may be spelled incorrectly, or teams.operto.com may need to be added to the Staff members allowlist.

Q: Why are my Staff not getting text notifications?

A: If Send Texts is on for Staff and you are outside of the US and Canada you may need to turn on International Messaging in Setup --> System Settings. Be sure to also adjust the Country code for each Staff in Setup --> Staff.
