How can I delete an Owner?

Q: How can I delete the owner of a property I no longer service?

A: The owner must be inactive and have property assignments removed in order to be deleted.

1. Setup --> Owners; Edit Uncheck assigned properties

2. Make the Owner Inactive (eyeball icon) and select Show Inactive

3. Select the red X to permanently Delete the Owner

Important Note: Deleting an Owner cannot be reversed and the Owner will no longer be available in Reports.
