Sympl Integration

Sympl Property Management Software is integrated with Operto Teams through an API Connection.

In addition to bookings, the following information can be imported from Sympl into Operto Teams.

Note: For legacy users Guest Phone Number is now available via Sympl API, but the connection will need to be disconnected and then reconnected to import the information.

Check In and Out Times
Guest Name, Phone Number and Email
Guest Count and Child Count
Rent Amounts
Notes for use with Booking Tags
