Why is the number of properties showing as assigned to my Task Rule not accurate?

Q: Why is the number of properties showing as assigned to my Task Rule not accurate?

A: The Task Rule is showing the total number of properties selected which includes properties that have been made Inactive.

This is useful if a Task Rule is assigned to a property that is not serviced in the winter, for example, and made Inactive during that time.
Then when the property is made Active again in Spring, the Task Rule would still be assigned.

If you want to change this, you would need to make the property Active again.
Setup --> Properties; Show Inactive; eyeball icon.

Then Edit (pencil) the property and deselect the Task Rule and reverse your action by making it Inactive again.
