How Can I Prepare for Teams Scheduled Maintenance Outages?

During scheduled system maintenance there is not a way to retrieve information from your account.  Staff Dashboards may also be unavailable or limited during maintenance periods.


If you anticipate needing property, check in/out or task information during a maintenance event, we recommend exporting or printing that data in advance so that you have it available during system maintenance. You may also wish to send Task Lists to Staff ahead of time.


To export Property details:

  • Go to Setup-->Properties-->Actions-->Export to CSV

To export or print Check In/Out lists:

  • Go to Quick Reports-->Check In/Outs
  • Select the desired date range and adjust other parameters as desired
  • Click Submit
  • Click Export to CSV or Send to Printer

To export or print Bookings:

  • Go to Bookings
  • Select the desired date range and adjust other parameters as desired
  • Click Submit
  • Click Export to CSV or Send to Printer

To export Tasks:

  • Go to the Scheduling List (list icon)
  • Select the desired Start and End dates and click Submit
  • Click the Actions button and select Print and Export Tasks
  • Click Export to CSV or Send to Printer

To send Task Lists to Staff:

  • Go to the Scheduling Calendar or List (list icon) or to the Master Calendar
  • Click the Actions button and select View and Send Task Lists
  • Choose the Tasks Lists Start and End dates and click Apply
  • Check the box next to each staff member to whom a Task List should be sent and click Apply
  • Click the Send Task Lists button and/or the Print Task Lists button
  • Note that Staff must have an e-mail address associated with their account to e-mail task lists
