Cloudbeds Check In and Check Out Status Updates
How the Cloudbeds Property Status Update Works:

For properties with a check out that day, Operto Teams will poll for the Cloudbeds status up until the time of checkout.
- If, when polling, the property's status is checked out, Operto Teams updates that property to the checked out status and send out notifications per the settings entered (see below)
- When the time of checkout passes, the Operto Teams property status is then updated to the Teams checked out status, regardless of the current Cloudbeds status, and the polling stops.
How to Set Up within Operto Teams
STEP 1: Contact help-Teams@operto.com to request that this functionality be enabled for your Operto Teams - Cloudbeds integrated account.
STEP 2: Adjust Notification Settings
Setup —> Administrator Notifications.
From the Dropdown, choose Staff to receive the checkout notification, and click the View button. Select Edit and update the Checked Out setting.

Setup —> Staff and Owner Notifications
Click the Edit button
Choose which Task Rules to notify the assigned Staff, and adjust settings under Checkout.

STEP 3: Set Task Rules to show the assigned Staff current/updated Property Status
Setup —> Task Rules; Add or Edit Task Rule.
Select Yes for Show Property Status under Staff Dashboard Settings.

Guest Check In
When a Guest checks in, and the Status is updated in Cloudbeds, it will then be updated on the Teams Administration Site and on Staff Dashboards.

For properties with a Check In that day, Operto Teams will poll for the Cloudbeds status up until the time of check in.
- If, when polling, the property's Cloubeds status is checked in, Operto Teams updates that property to the checked in status and sends out notifications per the settings entered
- When the time of check in passes, the Operto Teams property status is then updated to the Teams checked in status, regardless of the current Cloudbeds status, and the polling stops.
