When should I Go Live?

Q: When should I switch to Live Mode?

A: The difference between Live Mode and Setup Mode is that Live Mode allows notifications to go out and information to flow into Reports.

You should switch to Live Mode when you are ready to start using Operto Teams and most of your Setup has been completed.

First, make sure you have completed applicable steps 11 through 16 of the Onboarding Steps, and then click the Switch to Live Mode button.

If you want to switch to Live Mode without notifications going out, you can turn off all Notice Settings in Setup --> Staff; Owners; Vendors.

Tip: If some Tasks are not Showing in Operto Teams after switching to Live Mode, you may need to adjust your Go Live Date to the past. This can be done in Setup --> System Settings

Note: Only the Main Administrator can Switch to Live Mode.
