Can we set up days off for staff/employees?

Question.  Can we set up days off if a Staff member is going to be out? 

Answer.  Yes, There are two ways to set up days off for staff, Calendar Notes and Standard Days Off.  

  1. To use the Standard Work Days Feature go to Setup Staff Edit

Note: Standard Work Days affect the auto-scheduling, Add Calendar Notes do not. Both provide a visual tool to help you when scheduling your Staff.

  1. To use Add Calendar Note feature go to Scheduling Calendar →  Actions button →  Add Calendar Note.  

Tip: This is a day by day note, but if you use the Save and New button, it goes quick!
