Can we set up days off for staff/employees?
Question. Can we set up days off if a Staff member is going to be out?
Answer. Yes, There are two ways to set up days off for staff, Calendar Notes and Standard Days Off.
- To use the Standard Work Days Feature go to Setup → Staff → Edit
Note: Standard Work Days affect the auto-scheduling, Add Calendar Notes do not. Both provide a visual tool to help you when scheduling your Staff.
- To use Add Calendar Note feature go to Scheduling Calendar → Actions button → Add Calendar Note.
Tip: This is a day by day note, but if you use the Save and New button, it goes quick!
