Staff Tags

Staff Tags help categorize your staff through the sticky filter button on the Scheduling Calendar. For example, staff can be prioritized into group 1 or group 2 so that during scheduling one tag can be filtered and viewed.  

Tip: Typical Staff Tags include full time, part time, priority 1 or priority 2 

Add Staff Tags

  1. Turn on Staff Tags in Setup --> System Settings
  2. Go to Setup --> Staff Tags.
  3. Add the name of the new Staff Tags
  4. Save.

Edit Staff Tags

  1. Click on the Edit (pencil) button.
  2. Edit the Staff Tag Name.
  3. Save

Attach Staff to Staff Tags

  1. Go to Setup --> Staff
  2. Click the Edit icon for the selected Staff
  3. Check the Tag to attach to the Staff member.
