Scheduling List User Guide

The scheduling list contains similar information to the Scheduling Calendar but in a list view. 

Scheduling List Features

Bulk Assigning Days and Employees: Using the bulk assign features in combination with the Filters allows for easy re-assigning a larger number of tasks, which could be helpful for vacation days, etc.

Add Tasks: Use the Actions button to add additional tasks to the calendar

Complete; Make Inactive: Choose Tasks to be updated by selecting the box next to the Task and then click either Complete or Make Inactive buttons

Note: Status will not be pushed back to your PMS from this Screen

Advanced Filters: Filter by Department, Property Tag, Staff Tag, Region or Region Group, Task Rule, Property and Staff or Needs Assignment.

View and Send Task Lists: Use the Actions button to send Staff their task lists. The Email will include a link to their dashboards.
