Cloudbeds Integration

Cloudbeds Property Management Software is integrated with Operto Teams. 

In addition to bookings, the following information can be imported from Cloudbeds into Operto Teams. 

  • Properties
  • Guest Name
  • Guest, and Child counts
  • Check In and Check Out Times
  • Deposit Amounts
Only bookings with status 'Confirmed' or 'Checked_In' are imported.

Operto Teams can also push housekeeping status back into Cloudbeds.  Learn more

Operto Teams can produce owner reports for Cloudbeds.  Learn more

Note: Bookings are imported from Cloudbeds every 20 to 30 minutes.
Tip: If Estimated Arrival Time is entered in Cloudbeds, that will be the Check In Time that is imported into Teams. To avoid this, adjust the import settings in Setup --> System Settings; Deselect Try to Import Check In and Check Out Times. This will allow for manual adjustment of the times in Teams as needed.
