Cloudbeds Owner Reports

Operto Teams can produce owner reports for Cloudbeds. This functionality is in beta and not available to all users.

Taxes should be set up for every reservation source name exactly as:

1. In Setup --> System Settings, under Import Settings, turn on Try to Import Booking Rent and Deposit Amounts

2. In Setup --> Properties, edit each property (pencil icon) and enter the Commission amount.

3. In Setup --> Owners, owners must have the Require Password setting turned on.

Operto Teams will pull in amounts directly from Cloudbeds for: Deposit, Additional Fees, Bed Tax, Sales Tax and Total Amount.
Operto Teams will continue to update amounts from Cloudbeds for 30 days after Checkout.
A new report will appear under the reports menu called Owner Statement Report. This report can be exported to CSV so you can produce Owner Statements.
Owners will have the same report on the owner dashboards. Be sure each owner has Require Password turned on.
