Pushing Status back to WebRezPro

Operto Teams has the ability to update the housekeeping status for the associated WebRezPro property when a task is completed.  Set each Operto Teams  Task Rule to the associated WebRezPro status.

Note: The WebRezPro status will only be updated if the next booking check in time has not passed.  This alleviates the issue where a clean is marked complete past the next check-in time, in which case the unit should stay dirty. The Task must also be marked Complete from the Staff Dashboard in order for the status to update in WebRezPro. 

Webrezpro Setup Instructions

To use this feature, log into WebRezPro, navigate to: Setup-->Interfaces-->Edit

Then enter these values:

Operto Teams Client ID: Your Operto Teams CustomerID from your Operto Teams Account page

Basic Authentication username: rUgwMREKe4nN5XAjqZF6dBsxag
Basic Authentication password: aTBFJCSDT4cfptHf9BjeQxhh9a

Gather the WRP Hotel ID to enter into Operto teams

Operto Teams Setup Instructions

Add Integration to Operto Teams

Step 1: Navigate to Setup --> System Settings
Step 2: Scroll to the API Connections section and click +Add API Connection
Step 3: Choose Web Rez Pro, then on the next screen enter your WRP Hotel ID

Setup Cleaning Statuses

Step 1:
Navigate to Setup --> Task Rules, then click Edit next to the desired task.

Step 2: 
Scroll down to  WebRezPro Housekeeping s section and choose the Status. 

When the tasks generated by this rule are completed on Staff Dashboards, the property will update to the selected status in WebRezPro.
