Can One Property Have More Than One Owner?
How can I set up more than one Owner per Property?
Q: I have a Property that has an Owner and a Property Manager. How can I add them both?
A: Each Property can only have one Owner assigned and one Owner single sign-on attached to each Owner record when Require Password is set to on.
As a workaround, the Owner can create a shared email account outside of Teams, to be used in the Operto Teams Owner record. For example, propertyname@gmail.com. This will be used as the login email address and notifications destination.
From there, the Owner can decide if they want to share the email and Operto Teams login credentials with Co-Owners or Property Managers so that they can log in to view the Owner Dashboard, or simply adjust the email account settings to forward to other email addresses so that others can be notified, for example, when the Property cleaning has been completed.
More than one person can share an Owner Dashboard if each of them has the link in the welcome email and Password (if Password is required is turned off).
Additionally, for Owner records that do not require password, more than one email address can be added to each Owner Record for notification purposes if they are separated by a comma.
