Q: How do I add Images, Videos and/or PDF's to Dashboards?

A: There are three ways to Add Images to Staff Dashboards.

1. They can be entered for each Property to be used as a property-specific reference for your staff while they are in the field. Learn more about Adding Property Images, Videos or PDFs to Staff Dashboards.

Note: This is the only area of Operto Teams that accepts PDF files.

2. In Task Forms, one Image can be entered into each Element. To find out more read Task Forms and Task Form Examples.

3. In individual Tasks through the popup window, using the Choose File and Upload Image options at the bottom.
