Note : Technical Requirements - Operto Teams does not support any devices that are older than the 3rd generation.

Owner Dashboard Features

Menu Options

  1. Dashboard to link to the Dashboard
  2. Bookings on the navigation menu or the green Manage Booking button to see a list view of all bookings of your Properties.
  3. Bookings Calendar to view the bookings in a calendar format
  4. Reports on the navigation menu or the green View Reports button to view a list of past Tasks and Owner Notes.
  5. Issues to view if any issues have been reported on your properties.
  6. Future Tasks to view/change or remove upcoming schedule Tasks.
  7. Import Links to show iCal linked properties.
  8. Settings (next to initials) to change the email and text notification. 
  9. Use the Submit Request Button to send an issue or request to the cleaning company/Property Manager
Tip: Owners can use the Submit Request feature to communicate with Administrators i.e. Booking/guest updates, Deep cleaning requests, Package delivery information.  
Note: Please inform your property manager if you make a change in settings as they will not be aware of your updates and will assume you are still receiving their notifications. All settings are customizable by Operto Teams Administrators and can be set to on or off.
