Why is the Status not updating in my PMS?

Q: Why is the Status of my property not updating in my Property Management Software. 

A: Not all Property Management Software Integrations push back the status from Operto Teams.

Note: The following conditions affect when and how the status is updated.

1. Status is only pushed back from the Task Popup Window on the Administration Site and Staff Dashboard. NOT FROM bulk completion on the main Admin Dashboard page or Scheduling List page.

2. Status is only pushed back if the next check-in time has not already occurred.

   2a. If the task is connected to a booking, it is the booking after the attached booking's check-in time.

   2b. If the task is not connected to a booking such as a Standard Single Task, it is the next check-in, starting today.
