Bookings Page User Guide

The Bookings page is used to view and adjust Bookings in a list format. 

Features include:

  • Printing and/or exporting (csv.file) custom-filtered Bookings. 
  • Editing specific Bookings, including adding tags and notes. 
  • Edit All Counts and Guest Names button.
  • Actions button: Add Bookings and Add Bulk Bookings.
  • Adjust Imported Blocks.
  • Look for New and updated Bookings.
Tip: For properties not connected by API or iCal, you can add owner stays and/or Bookings directly into this page with our quick Add Booking or Add Bulk Booking feature within the Actions button.


Tip: Use the Hide Active and Hide Inactive options to adjust the list view as needed.

When editing Bookings the associated Tasks are listed at the bottom of the Bookings Popup Window and can be accessed by clicking on the Task name.
