Bookings Page User Guide

The Bookings page is where to view and adjust bookings in a list format.  Features include:

  • Printing and/or exporting (csv.file) custom filtered bookings. 
  • Editing specific bookings including adding tags, and notes. 
  • Edit All Counts and Guest Names button.
  • Add Bookings and Add Bulk Bookings button.
  • Adjust Imported Blocks
  • Look for New and updated Bookings
Tip: For properties not connected by API, you can add owner stays and/or bookings directly into this page with our quick Add Booking or Add Bulk Booking feature.

When editing Bookings the associated Tasks are listed at the bottom of the Bookings Popup Window and can be accessed by clicking on the Task name.
